
WHO WE ARE
People Initiatives was formed in 1993, by Lynne Goulding who, having had
a successful corporate career, wanted to use her experience of creating
and implementing change to people practices. She also wanted a better
work life balance. 16 years on, her now adult children can tell you if
the latter was successful!
The company comprises 2 principals, and also uses a number of select
Associates, all of whom have considerable corporate experience at senior
management level in a variety of industries.

We focus mainly on
Organisational Change, Team Development,
Organisational Diagnostics,
Leadership Development and
1:1 Executive Development.
People Initiatives’ basic premise is that activities must always be
directly linked to client business strategy and business results. It is
one of our fundamental values.
Having held senior corporate roles, our consultants understand business
and organisations and our approaches always reflect that. We also
understand that it’s people who deliver results and therefore work with
our clients to improve the performance and output of its people. In
short, we drive Business Results through People.
What we won’t do is just take your money when we know what you want is
unachievable – we’d prefer to walk away and have done so in the past.
So, what we do is take your Business Strategy and/or Vision and Values,
and help you make it happen in a number of ways –
• Changing the way the organisation works
• Helping Leaders work in ways that support organisation goals
• Helping both cross functional and line teams work more effectively
• Guiding individuals into successfully achieving current or future
roles
