Laurie Goulding
Laurie joined People Initiatives in 1995, following a highly
successful career in both blue chip and rapid-growth businesses in
banking and financial services, travel, IT and manufacturing in the
private sector, and a variety of public sector organisations. Throughout
his career, which included an international involvement, he has
developed and implemented successful innovations in a broad range of HR
disciplines. His prime strengths of strategy formulation, system design
and implementation, team leadership and facilitation, and project
management enable him to introduce successful major change programmes in
a number of different circumstances. These include corporate downsizing,
company acquisitions and overseas expansion, but his abilities are
employed to greatest effect when the business need is for a major shift
in corporate culture, re- aligning people values, behaviour and
contribution to a changing business environment.
